Andrew Jackson is an associate within the Dispute Resolution department in the Cayman Islands.
Andrew graduated from the University of Liverpool with a First Class Bachelor of Laws (Honours) degree and obtained his Postgraduate Diploma in Legal Practice from BPP Law School. He was awarded a full scholarship by the firm, and commenced his Articles of Clerkship with the firm in September 2010 after completing his studies. He was called to the Cayman Islands Bar in March 2012.
Andrew continues to gain broad experience in all areas of commercial litigation and insolvency and restructuring. He has particular expertise in dealing with valuation proceedings arising out of corporate mergers and consolidations, clawback claims, claims against fiduciaries, contractual and property disputes, claims in negligence, the enforcement of foreign judgments, corporate insolvencies and personal bankruptcy.
