The conference will focus on Fraud Litigation, Enforcement and Contentious Insolvency, helping attendees understand how to navigate changing times. With a presence of over 300 industry experts from over 30 different jurisdictions, attendees will get a better understanding of how different areas are tackling similar problems in the asset recovery world.

Appleby Cayman Islands Partner, Alan Bercow will be taking part in a panel discussion: ‘Lawyers behaving badly – are our professional rules up to the task?’ and will examine some key differences in professional rules in their jurisdictions, what impact those rules can have in fraud and asset recovery litigation, and how to navigate differences in rules in cross border cases. The session will be taking place on Thursday 6 February at 16.30 on the main conference stage. Find out more about the session here.
