The Appleby team, which was led by Partner Vincent Chan, advised on the Cayman Islands and British Virgin Islands legal aspects of the IPO alongside Fangda Partners who acted as Hong Kong and PRC counsel to GL-Carlink.

Commenting on the IPO, Vincent said: “We are pleased to assist GL-Carlink, which ranked first as a SAAS marketing and management service provider, and third as an in-vehicle hardware provider, for the automotive aftermarket industry in China, on their global offering and listing, and to help further expanding their business.”
Appleby’s Capital Markets practice in Hong Kong is highly regarded in the industry and represents a key component of the Group’s operations in Hong Kong. The team consistently advises issuers from Cayman Islands, Bermuda, and British Virgin Islands in the Asia Pacific region on a variety of listings requirements.
