Yifei Huang is an Associate in the Corporate department of Appleby’s Shanghai office.
Yifei is a licensed attorney in the PRC. He specialises in mergers and acquisitions, corporate finance, private equity and venture capital investments, as well as the restructuring and insolvency matters. His clients include multinational enterprises, state-owned enterprises, foreign-invested enterprises, investment management, financial services companies and leading PE/VC investors.
Prior to joining Appleby, Yifei worked in several leading Chinese law firms. Native in Mandarin and Shanghainese, and fluent in English, Yifei is able to work closely with our wider global team and provide advice on Cayman Islands, BVI and Bermuda law matters in the Asia time zone.
