Bio
Kiara Wilkinson is an Associate in the Dispute Resolution Department of Appleby’s Bermuda office.
Kiara joined Appleby as a trainee in the Corporate department in October 2021, where she gained experience with the banking and finance team. She was called to the Bermuda Bar in October 2022.
Kiara has developed a broad practice within the Dispute Resolution department. Kiara assists with, among other things:
- General civil and commercial disputes (inclusive of high value landlord/tenant claims, trust disputes, contract disputes and enforcement actions);
- Regulatory matters;
- Employment matters; and
- Liquidation and Insolvency matters.

Qualifications & Education
In July 2021, Kiara was admitted to the Bar of England and Wales by Middle Temple.
Kiara read law at BPP (London Waterloo) University, UK, and then completed her Bar Professional Training Course and Masters in Law with BPP (London Holborn) University. Prior to commencing her legal studies, Kiara obtained a Bachelor of Science in Criminology from Kingston University in London.
