Appleby acted for BMS, a global broker that provides specialist insurance, reinsurance and capital markets advisory services, which has a growing Bermuda footprint of BMA-regulated Bermuda companies.
Appleby’s role included assisting with the due diligence process, obtaining all regulatory consents and providing Bermuda law transaction advice more generally.
