The mandated lead arrangers made a term loan facility available to MEASAT International (South Asia) Ltd, a company incorporated in Mauritius, the funds of which will be used for the operation and financing of the M3b Satellite.
The M3b Satellite is a communication satellite launched into the geostationary earth orbit in September 2014 and is located at the 91.5° East orbital position. It was designed and built by Airbus Defence and Space and is owned by MEASAT International (South Asia) Ltd and operated by Malaysian satellite company, MEASAT Satellite Systems Sdn Bhd.
