Kitty has 15 years of experience specialising in equity capital markets, mergers and acquisitions, foreign investment, corporate governance and compliance matters, and regulatory enforcements.
Prior to joining Appleby, Kitty worked in Hong Kong at a top PRC law firm and several leading international law firms, and was seconded to the legal team of a leading global bank.
Kitty is native in Cantonese and fluent in English and Mandarin. With her Chinese capability, she has extensive experience in handling PRC clients. She is able to work closely with our wider global team and provide advice on Bermuda, BVI and Cayman Islands law matters in the Asia time zone.
