Dylan has considerable expertise in a wide range of corporate, banking and investment fund matters. He specialises in banking and finance (including real estate finance, fund finance and security enforcement), M&A and investment funds. He also advises on insurance matters including captives and reinsurance structures.
Dylan qualified as an Advocate of the Royal Court of Guernsey in 2023.
Dylan was named as a ‘Next Generation Partner’ in The Legal 500 UK 2025 Banking and Finance category and has been ranked since 2020.
Dylan was admitted as a solicitor in the Republic of Ireland in 2007 and as a solicitor in England and Wales in 2010. He trained at Maples and Calder in Dublin. Prior to joining Appleby, he was a Partner at an international law firm in Guernsey. He has been practising in Guernsey since 2012. Dylan is an adjunct lecturer on the Guernsey Bar course.
