Simon is known for his experience in leading international teams working on complex and ground-breaking structures involving a variety of underlying assets including securities, infrastructure, real estate, investment funds and crypto assets. He advises leading financial institutions, private debt funds, corporate clients and intermediaries on a wide range of capital markets, structured finance, fund finance and real estate finance work in relation to securities issues, secured lending and asset acquisition.
