The Group also has cutting-edge expertise in data protection and information security regulation and implementation, with practical experience advising clients on pan-jurisdiction data protection matters on a global basis, including the interaction between local legislation and data protection laws. The Group also recently published the first edition of its annual Privacy and Data Protection Guide, covering the same eight offshore centres of Bermuda, BVI, Cayman Islands, Jersey, Guernsey, Isle of Man, Mauritius and Seychelles.
