Advocate Anthony Williams, who heads up the Appleby Dispute Resolution practice in Guernsey, has significant experience in many areas of corporate litigation and dispute resolution. He has a particular expertise in high value and complex commercial litigation, with particular focus on investment fund disputes, regulatory enforcement, contentious insolvency matters, asset-tracing and recovery work, and trust litigation. Anthony regularly appears in the Royal Court of Guernsey and has appeared with success on several matters in the Court of Appeal.
