The Group offers a comprehensive range of services and products, from enhancement and maintenance of the existing telecommunication networks of the customers and infrastructure, to customising computer system design for providing business-specific system to the customers. The Group maintains relationships with customers which include some renowned state-owned, listed and private enterprises.
The net proceeds from the offering will be mainly allocated for financing initial funding needs for future ICT integration projects, pursuing new research and development undertakings, and expanding manpower in project management to cater for the anticipated expansion plans and business growth of the Group.
