Established in 1999, the Group is a reputable structural steelwork contractor in Hong Kong, specialising in the supply, fabrication, and installation of structural steel for construction projects. With two production facilities in Dongguan, the PRC, the Group possesses in-house capacity to process and fabricate structural steel tailored to customer specifications.
The net proceeds from the share offer will be used for financing the up-front costs of WK Group’s projects, acquiring land within or in proximity to Dongguan for setting up a new production facility and expanding manpower.
