Grace has more than 8 years’ offshore and onshore experience specialising in investment funds, asset management, regulatory and general corporate transactions. In particular Grace’s practice focuses on fund formation in the private equity, venture capital and hedge fund sectors. Prior to joining an offshore practice in 2017, Grace practiced as a Hong Kong lawyer at Morrison & Forester. Grace speaks fluent Cantonese, Mandarin and English.
This announcement marks yet another key appointment into the Investment Funds team in the past 15 months. Marc Parrott joined the team as Partner in June 2021 bringing over 20 years of offshore and onshore experience to the Appleby Investment Funds practice. In June 2022, Marc was joined by Partner and former colleague Bronwyn King, who with more than 15 years of offshore experience in investment funds further strengthened the team’s capabilities.
