New applications for a Global Citizen Certificate may be made no later than 31 October 2022.
Hundreds of applications have already been successfully made since the programme’s introduction and we expect this recent amendment by the Cayman Islands Government will result in many more individuals and families choosing this route as a fast and relatively straightforward way to take up residency in the Islands for up to two years.
