The fourth annual summit which is presented by the Bermuda Business Development Agency will welcome leading risk specialists for engaging thought-leadership sessions, cutting-edge keynote presentations, and C-suite networking.
Duncan will participate in the 12 March insurtech panel titled, ‘Breaking Barriers: How InsurTech is Revolutionising Risk Management’ to explore how insurtech is transforming the industry – from life and specialty insurance to digital asset protection and claims automation, while sharing the latest advancements, challenges of integrating new tech into traditional insurance models, and why Bermuda has become a hub for insurtech growth.
Duncan specialises in technology development, procurement and contracting and related cloud, SaaS and outsourcing services. He has been involved in Insurtech projects for over 25 years, many involving some of the largest insurance companies in the world. His widely acclaimed 2021 book on IT transaction best practices, published by Thomson Reuters, has two large chapters devoted to IT and risk management.
