Allison joined Appleby in May 2005, working as a company and trust administrator within the Private Clients group of Appleby Trust (Jersey) Limited before moving into the Property team in April 2008.
Now she primarily works with John Bisson, Head of the Property Group, providing both administrative and client support across a wide range of matters. She specialises in all aspects of succession law, including the preparation of wills for local clients and offshore clients who hold Jersey-based assets, and estate administration such as obtaining grants of probates for local probate applications, fast track probate applications and foreign domicile probate applications. Allison also deals with the registration of Wills of Immovable Estate.
In addition, Allison looks after the day-to-day administration of delegations (formerly known as curatorships) – including managing the finances of vulnerable clients and preparing delegate accounts and the preparation of Lasting Powers of Attorney (both for Health and Welfare and Property and Affairs). She is also responsible for preparing bank securities documentation and obtaining property security for a principal bank in the Jersey residential mortgage market.

Qualifications & Education
- Allison obtained her degree in Criminology and Social Policy from the University of Kent at Canterbury in 2005.
