Bethany is a Paralegal in Investment Funds practice of Appleby’s Hong Kong office.
She has a proven track record in investment funds and legal entity set-up, specialising in portfolio management and regulatory compliance. In her in-house experience, she has overseen the management of more than 140 investment fund entities across 11 jurisdictions, demonstrating her expertise in fund audit reviews and company secretarial functions.
Previously, Bethany has worked as a paralegal in various prestigious international law firms, including both onshore and offshore law firms, where she supported leveraged finance transactions, fund formation, and transaction execution. Her expertise includes preparing offshore legal documents, conducting due diligence, and assisting with fund reviews.
Bethany is fluent in English, Mandarin, and Cantonese.
