Bio

Connie Wu is a Legal Executive in Appleby’s Hong Kong office and a member of the corporate department. Her practice focuses primarily on commercial and corporate finance, including advising on initial public offering, and other general corporate and commercial matters.

Connie joined Appleby in July 2017, prior to which she worked in the corporate finance practice group for a local law firm in Hong Kong, specialising in initial public offering, mergers and acquisitions, and other general corporate and commercial matters.

Connie is fluent in English, Cantonese and Mandarin.
