Bio
Ellie is a paralegal within the Dispute Resolution Practice Group in the Cayman Islands.
She supports the department by assisting with work on a broad range of commercial litigation, fund disputes, restructuring and insolvency litigation matters.
Prior to joining Appleby, Ellie gained a wide range of civil litigation and insurance experience working at a boutique litigation firm in London and with in-house roles at two Royal London Boroughs. Ellie is currently undertaking the Solicitors Qualifying Examinations (SQE).

In 2022, Ellie was selected as a finalist for the National Paralegal Awards (UK) under the categories of Paralegal of the Year (South) and Best Litigation Paralegal, being announced as the overall winner for Best Litigation Paralegal in September 2022.
