Fay O’Halloran is an Associate in the firm’s Dispute Resolution department in the British Virgin Islands. Fay’s practice includes a wide range of international commercial disputes and insolvency, and she has a particular interest in contentious trusts litigation.
Fay trained and qualified in England. Fay relocated to the BVI in 2021 and, before joining Appleby, was an Associate at another international firm.
