Johanna is Counsel in Appleby’s Corporate department working in both Jersey and British Virgin Islands law.
She advises clients on a broad range of corporate finance and general corporate matters, regularly providing real estate finance, fund finance, debt restructuring and regulatory advice to leading financial institutions and corporate borrowers. She also has significant experience in corporate transactions, including advising on multi-jurisdictional mergers and acquisitions, corporate restructurings, shareholder rights, voluntary liquidations and migrations, in relation to transactions that involve both Jersey and BVI structures.
Prior to joining Appleby in 2022, Johanna worked in leading offshore law firms in both Jersey and the BVI.
