Bio
Kristina is Counsel in Appleby’s Cayman Islands office and sits within the Property and Corporate teams. She has experience advising lenders and sponsors on a wide range of finance and credit transactions, with a particular focus on real estate finance, fund finance and corporate finance.
Prior to relocating to the Cayman Islands, Kristina worked in the real estate finance team of Simpson Thacher & Bartlett LLP in London. Kristina also spent nine months on secondment to Blackstone where she sat in the capital markets team and worked on arranging the financing for Blackstone’s European real estate investments.

Kristina was admitted as an attorney-at-law in the Cayman Islands in 2022 and as a solicitor
(non-practising) in England and Wales in 2014.
