Larissa Dziubenko is an Associate in the Corporate department of Appleby’s Bermuda office. She has a broad corporate and commercial practice, with a particular focus on mergers and acquisitions, corporate financings and reorganizations. Larissa also has extensive experience advising institutional clients and public bodies on complex regulatory issues.
Larissa joined Appleby in 2023. Prior to joining Appleby, Larissa practiced with a top tier firm in Vancouver, British Columbia where she maintained a corporate, commercial and regulatory practice.

Larissa holds a Juris Doctor from the Peter A. Allard School of Law at the University of British Columbia. Larissa has been called to the British Columbia bar since 2017. Prior to completing her legal qualifications, Larissa obtained a Bachelor of Arts in Cultural Anthropology, also from the University of British Columbia.
