Louise Dougherty is a paralegal in the Corporate department assisting with a broad range of Isle of Man and British Virgin Islands law.
She assists with corporate transactions, among them sales of Isle of Man companies, banking and asset finance transactions, including ship finance matters, and the transfer of domicile of Isle of Man companies to various jurisdictions.
Before joining Appleby in 2011, Louise spent three years in the corporate department of a leading British Virgin Islands law firm, where she was involved in a wide spectrum of corporate transaction including corporate re-structuring, AIM listings and mergers and acquisitions.
