Mandy Qi is an Associate in the Corporate department of Appleby’s Shanghai office.
Mandy is a PRC licensed attorney and has also passed the New York Bar. She specialises in corporate finance, private equity and venture capital investments, as well as other commercial and corporate law related matters. Her clients include conglomerates, state-owned multinational investment management and financial services companies, leading PE/VC investors and TECH Venture Capitals.
Prior to joining Appleby, Mandy worked in the Beijing office of a leading PRC firm. Native in Mandarin, and fluent in English, Mandy is able to work closely with our wider global team and provide advice on Cayman Islands, BVI and Bermuda law matters in the Asia time zone.
