Neil first joined Appleby Bermuda in January 2008 and moved to Graham Thompson in Turks and Caicos in November 2014. Neil rejoined Appleby in October 2017.

- ACCORINVEST GROUP, Acted as Bermuda counsel to AccorInvest Group in connection with the sale of its Fairmont Southampton property. Fairmont Southampton which features 593-rooms, 10 restaurants, a spa, the 18-hole, par-three Turtle Hill Golf Club, the Mid-Ocean Amphitheatre and more than 25,000 square feet of meeting space is Bermuda’s largest tourism property.

Neil graduated from the University of Lancaster with an LLB (Hons) and completed his Law Society Finals at the College of Law in Chester in the United Kingdom. He was admitted as a Solicitor in England and Wales in 1994.
Neil is a solicitor in England and Wales (non-practicing). He was called to the Bermuda Bar in May 2009 and the Turks and Caicos Bar in April 2015.
