Patrick is an Associate within the Corporate and Regulatory practice groups in the British Virgin Islands. Patrick’s practice involves advising traditional financial services and blockchain based businesses on providing their products and/or services in or from the BVI, including corporate structuring, initial coin offerings (ICOs) and regulatory scope. He also acts on a broad range of corporate finance and general corporate matters, including corporate transactions.
Prior to joining the firm, Patrick was an Associate at Gibraltar’s largest law firm and has spent time at Gibraltar’s Financial Services Commission, where he formed part of their specialist regulation (DLT) team.
