Ryley completed his Bachelor of Arts at Saint Mary’s University in Halifax, Nova Scotia. Ryley then went on to obtain his Graduate Diploma in Law (GDL) and Legal Practice Certificate (LPC) with commendation at The University of Law, Birmingham.
