Sailaja Alla is a Partner within the Corporate department and the Head of Funds and Investment Services in Cayman.
Sailaja has extensive experience in advising investment managers, private equity sponsors, investment banks, fund administrators and other fund service providers on all aspects of the formation, operation, governance, restructuring and termination of all types of Cayman Islands investment funds across a broad range of asset classes.
She also advises on Cayman regulatory and licensing issues in relation to these funds. Sailaja also has experience in a wide range of general corporate matters.
Prior to rejoining Appleby in 2015 (having spent seven years with the firm from 2000-2007), Sailaja practised with two other offshore law firms in Cayman and Hong Kong.
