Stephanie Wang is a Legal Manager in the Corporate department of Appleby’s Shanghai office.
Stephanie specialises in structuring, formation, organisation and operation of private equity and venture capital funds. She counsels funds in all stages of their operations, and regularly advises them on fund formation and governance matters.
Prior to joining Appleby, Stephanie worked in the Beijing office of a US law firm and also worked in a boutique law firm in the Great New York area. Native in Mandarin, and fluent in English, Stephanie is able to work closely with our wider global team and provide advice on Cayman Islands, BVI and Bermuda law matters in the Asia time zone.
