Tsebo Masia is an Associate within Appleby Jersey’s Corporate department.
She is an Admitted Attorney in the High Court of South Africa and has a broad practice advising on all aspects of corporate and finance transactions. Tsebo also has experience in general corporate and commercial law, mergers and acquisitions, and dispute resolution with a particular focus on financial services regulation, business rescue, liquidations and insolvency.
After gaining a Bachelor of Laws and a Master of Laws, Tsebo joined an esteemed and internationally recognised South African-based law firm as a candidate attorney rotating between the Dispute Resolution, Business Rescue and Insolvency, Mergers and Acquisitions and Environmental practice groups.
Fluent in three languages, Tsebo is a talented writer and communicator, and she enjoys working closely with clients throughout legal proceedings and transactions, including due diligence reviews for mergers and acquisitions and advising on company policies and procedures.
