Tshepang is a corporate and banking Associate in the Corporate team in Jersey. He advises on a wide range of high-value international transactions, and acts for financial institutions, corporate sponsors and borrowers in relation to complex, multi-jurisdictional bilateral and syndicated facilities, refinancing, restructuring and security enforcements, with particular expertise in acquisition and real estate finance.
Prior to joining Appleby, Tshepang worked in leading firms in both Jersey, London and Johannesburg.
