Wendy Denman is a conveyancing manager in the property practice group at Appleby in the Cayman Islands. In her role, she acts as liaison between local and international clientele, including Land Registry, Portfolio of Finance, real estate agents and financial institutions. She has particular expertise in the areas of residential conveyancing and related bank financing transactions.
Wendy began her conveyancing career at the law firm of EWJ Browne & Company in South Africa, assisting a fast-paced team of conveyancers. She moved to the United Kingdom in 1997 and worked with Clifford Chance in London, where she gained valuable experience in the legal field, before relocating to the Cayman Islands in 1999. She joined the firm soon after in 2000.
