Bio

Zoë is a Senior Associate within the Dispute Resolution Practice Group in the Cayman Islands. She is an accomplished commercial litigator with specialist experience in managing large pieces of litigation.

Zoë’s significant expertise working on highly complex commercial disputes spans numerous areas of law and includes cross-jurisdictional, high value and hard-fought cases. She is also experienced in non-routine matters, often involving a multitude of sensitive and confidential issues.

The wide variety of clients that Zoë has represented across several jurisdictions also extends into administrative, regulatory and international law issues. She maintains an ongoing and substantial interest in private international law and international arbitration. She collaborates with her clients and relevant stakeholders in a flexible and communicative manner.

Prior to moving to the Cayman Islands, Zoë practised in the Australian states of New South Wales and Victoria. She has also worked at an international organisation in The Hague, and has a Master of Laws from the University of Michigan, USA.

Qualifications & Education

Zoë was called to the Bar of the Cayman Islands in 2024. In addition, she is admitted as a lawyer in the Supreme Court of New South Wales and as a solicitor of the High Court of Australia.

Zoë was also admitted to the High Court of Solomon Islands in 2013 for the purpose of advising on a large piece of litigation in the High Court and Court of Appeal of Solomon Islands.
